Review

The Capasso pizza is basically a hotdog with peppers and cheese. Although artichokes are added to this pizza for a mix of tender (or just soft) tastes, this is not the best pizza topping combination unless the four ingredients happen to be your perfect selection of quadruple toppings. The red peppers and the artichoke both tasted fresh. The crust, given the soft toppings, would have been better if it was crispy. Doughy Neapolitan crust is not the ideal combination for hotdog toppings. On a scale of one to ten I give the toppings a 5.5 and the crust a 4.5
