Arizona, a western themed pizzeria, produces better than expected pizza (for a western themed pizzeria). For a more thorough review, please see an earlier post on Arizona . The siciliana is a popular pizza in this part of Italy, primarily because it features one the best farm produce combinations in Italy: eggplant and tomatoes. Arizona’s eggplant is somewhat oily and the supporting inner crust was way too thin to support the ingredients. Above average toppings, and sub-average crust. On a scale of one to ten I give the toppings a 6 and the crust a 4
