Review

This is the 6th or 7th pizza I have had from Il Cerbero, one of my local favorites. See pizzas # 64 Bufala and #65 Three headed dog pizza for a more complete review of this pizzeria. As normal the crust was of average quality and the prosciutto was an excellent cut of sliced ham. My two criticisms of this pizza is that the corn should be baked into the mozzarella and there could be more folds of prosciutto added to the pizza toppings. The mutually enhancing sweet corn and creamy mozzarella flavor would have probably benefitted from being better inter-mixed. Aside from those two comments this was a good pizza. On a scale of one to ten I give the toppings a 4.5 and the crust a 6
