Review

Bar-b-q pizza, more common in North American pizzerias than in Neapolitan pizzerias, can be a good pizza if paired with a good meat topping. Mont Chanteau pizzeria seems well suited to do that since the pizzeria also runs a thriving rotisserie chicken business as well. However the chicken on the pizza was not taken from their chicken spits. Instead a fried chicken topping was probably added to cater towards non-Neapolitan tastes (like the hot dog and French Fry pizza). I would of much preferred to have chicken prepared by the pizzeria it self. On a scale of one to ten I give the toppings a 4 and the crust a 4
