After three abortive tries to get into this trendy café-pizzeria, I finally had my first pizza at Tiff. The restaurant itself has a sea-side view of the Bay of Naples, which would be gorgeous if it wasn’t for a massive water tower directly in front of Tiff’s elevated outside dining. Unfortunately Tiff has the industrial sea-side view. After dark it is much easier to ignore this structure, or you can just eat inside. Tiff is a little more pricy than other pizzerias, and produces about average pizza. Is it possible to have a pizza that lacks ambition? Nothing was wrong with my Pizza ‘Tiff’, but nothing was great about this pizza either. This was actually a four-seasons pizza named after their own restaurant instead of the typical ‘Quattro Stagioni’ title. Each section had relatively fresh ingredients but the mozzarella had little flavor to it, and the prosciutto was bland. The other six toppings were good though. On a scale of one to ten I give the toppings a 5.5 and the crust a 4.5
